At the top level in athletics, all of the competitors have some physical traits that allow them to be faster/stronger/fitter etc than other competitors. <p>Ask your GP for a referral to a physio; a few years ago I had shocking sciatica which lasted months and ended up having physio (as well as pills) which really helped. </p>
