<p>Doctor &#8220;Do you want antibiotics&#8221;</p>
<p>Me &#8220;I don&#8217;t think so, do I need them?&#8221;</p>
<p>Doctor &#8220;No&#8230;.ah, your British.  Like the Swiss you use antibiotics wisely.  The French and Italians always ask&#8221;</p>
