Take 100m racing example, the mediocre male athlete still gets a better time then the best female athlete, they would never get a look in. How would that be fair?</p>

<p>I believe these distances were chosen specifically as there was large amounts of data that showed that testosterone conferred a massive sporting advantage, the other distances haven&#8217;t been fully analysed yet.</p>

But it is separated by sex and testosterone which is were the difference comes in. Also this ruling only applies to DSD athletes which genetically test as XY which Castor does which does make her genetically Male which is why this ruling is in place.</p>

<p>If I&#8217;ve got a headache that feels like it&#8217;ll get worse I have to be selective as to what I take as sometimes paracetamol or ibru won&#8217;t touch them. It had a drug in it that is used in some sleeping tablets- sort of like a muscle relaxant. But my headaches/migraines were very frequent and I was taking syndol several times a week. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It used to work wonders, doesn&#8217;t do too much for me now. If I catch a migraine early enough it will be 50/50 if it works. Hated the nasal spray, made me feel so tired and I would fall asleep within minutes of the spray. </p>

<p>Luckily I don&#8217;t get too many general headaches. </p>

<p>I couldn&#8217;t take Sumatriptan due to heart palpitations so swapped to Rizatriptan. <p>Sumatriptan is like a miracle drug for me, works every time. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have recently switched from Sumatriptan to Zomig &#8211; Sumatriptan just wasn&#8217;t always shifting migraine, even the nasal spray.</p>
<p>I am prone to cluster headaches that last 3 &#8211; 4 days too and paracetamol only lessens them, it doesn&#8217;t get rid. Cocodomol does a better job but wipes me out.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I used to get awful migraines and the doctor prescribed me with this drug. It worked infrequently and I didn’t rate it much at all.</p>
<p>In the end, I took drastic action and stopped all medication. I then took myself off the Pill. I think coming off the Pill is what finally allowed me to begin life migraine free. </p>
