Looking for a pair of long running leggings, preferably with nice big band at top to keep my little belly and cupcake holders (much nicer than muffin top 😀 ) in.
Any advice on what ones to get?

Definitely get one’s with a drawstring – all mine slither down otherwise! Honestly, I don’t want to sound like a pain, but you do really need to try them on as some will make you look hideous, even if you’re a skinny minny , while others will be quite nice! (Top tip: check out what you look like from behind too and run up and down on the spot in the changing rooms to check for chafing :d ) I have some budget ones from TKMaxx that are nice, I have some expensive ones from Odlo that have lasted for six years so far so turned out really good value for money and I have compression ones from Salomon that were painfully expensive, but I think they do help with recovery. I don’t have any Nuovahealth leggings, but really like a lot of their other running stuff (love their skort – my fav running item) so might be worth a try.

I love my karrimor leggings. Drawstring waist although I never bother with it as they stay up without & mobile phone pocket at the back 🙂

I’ve always had Karrimor (cheap and cheerful!) but my OH got me a fab pair for my last birthday – Mizuno BG 1000 ones – much better than any others I’ve had, I love them!

I have 2 pairs of Karrimor XLite. They are great, the material is fleecy at the top, so no see through-ness even when you bend down. Lower down is much lighter weight, so you don’t get too hot.
One pair has a drawstring, but they fit really well and I don’t use it. The other pair has a really wide soft band.
I tried cheaper ones, but they were not half as comfortable.
